Barton Cricket Club have made this website available for the enjoyment of its members and supporters. We encourage members to get involved and you may comment on any of the articles and pages on the site. However, we draw your attention to the following terms and conditions of use:
- Barton is a Clubmark club and the codes of conduct for players, coaches officials and supporters apply on the website as much as they do at the club. We will not tolerate bad language, personal abuse or any other comments unbefitting of a family club.
- Members may comment on any article or match report by registering for the site. We will confirm your identity in person before you are permitted to post on the site.
- If you register as a user, you agree that any contributions made by your account are your responsibility. You are personally responsible for ensuring the security of your account and if you feel postings are being made in your name you must let the webmaster know immediately.
- In providing this service, Barton Cricket Club do not accept any responsibility for comments and postings made by its members and views expressed here are those of the contributors alone unless specifically stated otherwise. Contributors, including members posting comments in response to articles, are responsible for ensuring that their contributions do not breach any laws.
Inappropriate Content
All content on the site is moderated and Barton CC reserve the right to withdraw and/or delete any content we deem inappropriate or offensive.
In particular, we may take disciplinary action against any member who allows their account to be used to post inappropriate material and in extreme cases (eg abuse of fellow players or umpires) we may report comments to the Devon Cricket Board’s disciplinary committees for further action.
